Alaska Stat. § 31.05.025 – Conflict of interest | Midpage- (a) Members and employees of the commission, except clerical and secretarial staff, are subject to AS 39.50.
- (b) A member of the commission is disqualified from voting upon any matter before the commission in which the member has a conflict of interest.
