Alaska Stat. § 23.25.040
Prerequisites to maintenance of action
An action may not be maintained under this chapter unless
(1) it is shown that there exist beneficiaries as provided in
AS 23.25.010
;
(2) the action is brought within two years from the time the cause of action accrued.
