The judicial council shall periodically review and distribute information relevant to the technical, legal, and scientific use of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) profiles in criminal proceedings to

1. (1) judges and magistrates;
2. (2) the Department of Law;
3. (3) the Public Defender Agency;
4. (4) the office of public advocacy.
