The certification required by AS 18.74.080 must provide the following information for each cigarette listed in the certification:

1. (1) the brand or trade name on the package;
2. (2) the style, such as “light” or “ultra-light”;
3. (3) the length in millimeters;
4. (4) the circumference in millimeters;
5. (5) the flavor, if applicable;
6. (6) whether the cigarette is filtered or nonfiltered;
7. (7) a description of the package;
8. (8) the marking approved under AS 18.74.120;
9. (9) the name, address, and telephone number of the laboratory that conducted the test, if different than the manufacturer who conducted the test; and
10. (10) the date that the testing occurred.
