In AS 18.65.670 — 18.65.688,

1. (1) “Alaska Native organization” means an organization listed in AS 47.27.070(a);
2. (2) “commissioner” means the commissioner of public safety;
3. (3) “crime involving domestic violence” has the meaning given in AS 18.66.990;
4. (4) “department” means the Department of Public Safety;
5. (5) “marijuana” has the meaning given in AS 11.71.900;
6. (6) “village” means a community with a population less than 2,500 based on the most recent federal census.
