In AS 18.60.705 — 18.60.740,

1. (1) “code” means the code adopted under AS 18.60.705;
2. (2) “commissioner” means the commissioner of labor and workforce development;
3. (3) “department” means the Department of Labor and Workforce Development;
4. (4) “inspector” means a qualified inspector employed by, designated by, or under contract to the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
