In AS 18.20.300 — 18.20.390, unless the context requires otherwise,

1. (1) “department” means the Department of Health;
2. (2) “general relief-medical” means the medical assistance program authorized in AS 47.25.120 — 47.25.300;
3. (3) “Medicaid” means the medical assistance program authorized in AS 47.07;
4. (4) “nursing facility” means an institution, or a distinct part of an institution, as defined in 42 U.S.C. 1396r.
