Alaska Stat. § 16.10.030
Penalty for violation of AS 16.10.010 — 16.10.050
A person who violates AS 16.10.010 — 16.10.050 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500.
