Authorized recipients of contributions
A contribution to a
(1) candidate may be received only by
(A) the candidate; or
(B) the candidate's campaign treasurer or a deputy campaign treasurer;
(2) group may be received only by the group's campaign treasurer or a deputy treasurer.
