As part of the presentence report prepared on each felony offender, the probation officer shall prepare a victim impact statement reporting the following information:

1. (1) the financial, emotional, and medical effects of the offense on the victim;
2. (2) the need of the victim for restitution; and
3. (3) any other information required by the court.
