Alaska Admin. Code tit. 8, § 95.990 – Definitions

In this chapter,

(1) "Consumer Price Index" means the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers for the Anchorage Metropolitan Area compiled by the bureau of labor statistics, United States Department of Labor; and
(2) "department" means the Department of Labor.
