Accounting procedures

(a) A person who is awarded a grant under the program shall
1. (1) establish a separate fund and accounting codes for receipt and disbursement of grant money under this chapter;
2. (2) administer the grant money according to the requirements established in 8 AAC 87.070(a); and
3. (3) provide regular periodic reporting to the department of
  1. (A) grant-financed activities as prescribed in the grant agreement; and
  2. (B) the disposition of financial resources identified in the grant.
(b) Repealed 6/18/2010.
