The commission will issue a final decision, as provided in AS 23.30.128. In a final decision, the commission will include a statement that, if a party seeks review by the supreme court, a notice of appeal to the supreme court must be filed no later than 30 days after the date shown in the commission's notice of distribution of the final decision.
