The labor relations agency will give notice of a hearing to the petitioner, respondent, and any intervenors at least 10 calendar days before the hearing. The notice must state the

1. (1) date, time, place, and nature of the hearing;
2. (2) bargaining unit or units involved;
3. (3) name of each party.
