A person may not employ or allow a child under 18 years of age to work in the entertainment industry in

1. (1) a practice, exhibition, or situation that places the child in clear and present danger to the health, development, or welfare of the child; or

2. (2) an illegal, an indecent, or a lewd exhibition or practice, including the following actual or simulated acts:

   1. (A) acts described as unlawful exploitation of a minor under AS 11.41.455;
   2. (B) sexual masochism or sadism.
