Alaska Admin. Code tit. 7, § 145.250 – Private-duty nursing payment rates

(a) The department will pay an in-state private-duty nurse in accordance with 7 AAC 145.020. For state fiscal year 2020, the payment rates will be 95 percent of the payment rates listed in this subsection. The payment rates must not exceed
1. (1) $20 per 15 minutes of service provided by a registered nurse or advanced practice registered nurse, including a nurse midwife; or
2. (2) $18.75 per 15 minutes of service provided by a licensed practical nurse.
(b) The department will pay an out-of-state private-duty nurse in accordance with 7 AAC 145.025.
