(a) To be eligible for payment under 7 AAC 105 - 7 AAC 160 for free-standing birth center services, a facility
- (1) must be enrolled as a free-standing birth center under 7 AAC 105.210;
- (2) must be licensed under AS 47.32;
- (3) may not be enrolled under 7 AAC 105.210 as another type of provider; and
- (4) must be located in this state.
- (b) If a free-standing birth center operates in more than one site, each site must enroll separately and meet the requirements of this section.
