(a) The department will pay for the following outpatient substance use disorder treatment services under the 1115 waiver if the service is provided according to this chapter:
- (1) intensive outpatient services;
- (2) partial hospitalization services;
- (3) outpatient services.
- (b) Providers may administer pharmacological treatment in conjunction with the outpatient substance use disorder treatment services in (a) of this section if the pharmacological treatment is provided by an individual listed in 7 AAC 135.010(b)(2).
