In 7 AAC 125.300 - 7 AAC 125.399, unless the context requires otherwise,

1. (1) "intermittent or part-time" means no more than eight hours of care, not necessarily consecutive, in a 24-hour period;

2. (2) "skilled nursing services" means the curative, restorative, or preventive aspects of patient care services

   1. (A) performed by a registered nurse or by a licensed practical nurse under the supervision of a registered nurse; and
   2. (B) emphasizing a high level of nursing direction, observation, and skill.
