Alaska Admin. Code tit. 7, § 100.410 – Medicaid eligibility for SSI and APA recipients

(a) An individual who is eligible for and receiving SSI is eligible for Medicaid under 7 AAC 100.002(b)(1) and this subsection.
(b) An individual who is eligible for and receiving APA is eligible for Medicaid under 7 AAC 100.002(d)(1) and this subsection.
(c) An individual who is eligible for SSI or APA, but who chooses not to receive the cash benefit under one of those programs, is eligible for Medicaid under 7 AAC 100.002(d)(3) and this subsection.
(d) An individual is not eligible for Medicaid under this section because that individual is eligible for or receiving interim assistance under 7 AAC 40.375.
