The provisions of 7 AAC 100.100 - 7 AAC 100.199 establish Family Medicaid eligibility criteria under 7 AAC 100.002(a)(1). Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, 7 AAC 100.100 - 7 AAC 100.199 apply to all eligibility categories under 7 AAC 100.002(a) or (c).
