Alaska Admin. Code tit. 7, § 82.900 – Covered employment

In addition to services provided as an employee in an employer-employee relationship, employment to perform services subject to the requirements of AS 47.80.400 and this chapter includes services provided by a person as

(1) an independent contractor;
(2) a grantee; or
(3) an employee of an independent contractor or grantee.
