Scope of service fees

The department will establish by regulation, charge, and collect a reasonable fee for departmental services provided and inspections conducted under AS 44.29.020(a)(1) - (8), AS 44.30.020(a)(1) and (2); AS 47.10; and AS 47.80.100 - 47.80.170.
