The fees for ASAP services described in 7 AAC 80.200 are as follows:

1. (1) for a person who is required to participate in a juvenile ASAP:

   1. (A) an initial assignment fee of $100 for each new case opened by an ASAP for that person, payable to the ASAP that provides the initial assignment services; and
   2. (B) a reassignment fee of $50 for each additional assignment related to each case, payable to the ASAP that provides the reassignment services;

2. (2) for a person who is required to participate in an adult ASAP:

   1. (A) an initial assignment fee of $200 for each new case opened by an ASAP for that person, payable to the ASAP that provides the initial assignment services; and
   2. (B) a reassignment fee of $ 100 for each additional assignment related to each case, payable to the ASAP that provides the reassignment services.
