The fee for laboratory services provided by a department laboratory for
- (1) clinical diagnostic testing is the charge estimate determined under 7 AAC 145.460 (Medicaid payment rates: laboratory services payment); and
- (2) non-clinical diagnostic testing is the actual cost of the test.
