The division will include in the notification of grant award sent to a grantee under 7 AAC 78.110 or in the written notice sent to a grantee under 7 AAC 79.030(j) a reference to the standards to be used by the division to determine whether the grantee meets accepted standards of fiscal accountability for public funds for the purposes of AS 47.65.050.
