Alaska Admin. Code tit. 7, § 79.040 – Permissible uses of grants

(a) A grantee may use a grant awarded under this chapter to pay the costs of services provided in the grantee's pilot project.
(b) A grantee may not use a grant awarded under this chapter
1. (1) as all or part of the required contribution under AS 47.65.040 for another grant awarded under this chapter or under AS 47.65.020;
2. (2) to pay the costs of capital construction;
3. (3) to pay for costs incurred before the award of the grant;
4. (4) to pay for the preparation of plans for potential or future services; or
5. (5) for any purpose not reasonably related to the services provided in the grantee's pilot project.
