- (a) An applicant for a license and a licensee shall permit representatives of the department to inspect a home when necessary to implement AS 47.32, AS 47.33, and this chapter.
- (b) If an applicant for a license refuses to permit an inspection, the department may take action under AS 47.32.110.
- (c) A licensee that refuses to allow access and inspection is in violation of AS 47.32 and AS 47.33. The department may take action under AS 47.32.110.
- (d) If the department has reason to believe that a home is operating as an assisted living home and has not applied for a license or refuses to permit an inspection, the department may take action under AS 47.32.110.
