Alaska Admin. Code tit. 7, § 67.070 – Disclosure of department licensing records and confidentiality

(a) The department will create and maintain a file for each licensed foster home and establish policies for the safeguarding of these records.
(b) Confidentiality and disclosure of the licensing file is governed by AS 47.32.180.
(c) Unless otherwise provided by state or federal law, the licensing file must be provided to
1. (1) the office of administrative hearings or superior court upon appeal of an enforcement action under AS 47.32.150;
2. (2) any government agency that provides financing to a foster home licensed under this chapter; the agency may have access to foster home records to conduct an audit; or
3. (3) any government licensing agency, including tribal organizations, that have licensing programs to ensure that the health, safety, and welfare of individuals in care are adequately protected.
