The state panel shall require each of its members to sign a confidentiality agreement not to disclose information for which AS 47.14.235 requires nondisclosure. The agreement must be stored in the panel's records. The panel shall inform a person attending the panel's meeting of the nondisclosure requirements of AS 47.14.235.
