(a) The department will purchase or provide the following services for pregnant women:
- (1) transportation to and from a maternity home or a foster home;
- (2) counseling;
- (3) adoption assistance;
- (4) maternity care;
- (5) foster care;
- (6) education in parenting skills; and
- (7) other services that are ancillary to any of the services listed in this subsection.
- (b) The department will designate the successful applicants from whom a pregnant woman may receive services.
