- (a) An attorney who is authorized to practice in the State of Alaska, and who is the attorney of record or who has permission of the court, may visit a resident regarding legal matters at any time that does not interfere with the facility's program, and at other times with the approval of the superintendent. Agents of the attorney are entitled to the same access as their employers.
- (b) A resident is not required to meet with an attorney unless so ordered by the court.
