A juvenile correctional facility shall provide a program directed at treatment and rehabilitation of each juvenile offender. The treatment team established under 7 AAC 52.200 shall review each juvenile's progress at least once every three months. The facility shall ensure that a written report of the review is filed in the official record of the juvenile.
