The treatment program staff of a juvenile correctional facility shall prepare a report on each resident, which describes the resident's progress and makes recommendations for use by the court in its annual review under AS 47.12.120(d). The superintendent of that facility shall review the report, and it is subject to the superintendent's approval, before submission to the court.
