Criteria for admission

When a juvenile has been institutionalized by court order and classified to a particular facility by an institutional classification committee, that facility may accept or reject the juvenile on the basis of
- (1) the ability of the facility to help the juvenile, taking into consideration other available alternatives;
- (2) the ability of the juvenile to participate in the programs of the facility; and
- (3) the population of the facility.
