Health care providers under the CAMA program are bound by the provisions of 7 AAC 48.500 - 7 AAC 48.900 and the provisions of 7 AAC 105 - 7 AAC 160. If the provisions of 7 AAC 48.500 - 7 AAC 48.900 conflict with provisions of 7 AAC 105 - 7 AAC 160, the provisions of 7 AAC 48.500 - 7 AAC 48.900 take precedence over the provisions of 7 AAC 105 - 7 AAC 160 when the service is being provided under the CAMA program.
