In 7 AAC 47.800 - 7 AAC 47.890, unless the context requires otherwise,

1. (1) "gross income" means income before any deduction;
2. (2) "Medicare" means the medical assistance program administered by the federal government through private health insurance companies under 42 U.S.C. 1395 - l395ggg.
