In 7 AAC 47.547 - 7 AAC 47.599, unless the context requires otherwise,
- (1) "department" means the Department of Health;
- (2) "gross income" means income before any deduction;
- (3) "living with" has the meaning given in 7 AAC 40.240(c);
- (4) "public institution" means a governmentally owned establishment that furnishes food, shelter, and some additional treatment or services to 16 or more persons; "public institution" does not include the Alaska Pioneers' Home or Alaska Veterans' Home;
- (5) "spouse" has the meaning given in 7 AAC 40.240(b).
