Upon receiving information indicating a change in an individual's situation that could affect eligibility for assistance under AS 47.45.301 - 47.45.309 and 7 AAC 47.547 - 7 AAC 47.599, the department will investigate and, if necessary, adjust, suspend, or terminate the assistance. The department may require an individual to complete a review form annually, or more frequently if circumstances warrant, on a form approved by the department, to determine if the individual continues to be eligible to receive assistance under AS 47.45.301 - 47.45.309 and 7 AAC 47.547 - 7 AAC 47.599.
