- (a) An individual must report to the department certain changes in circumstances that could affect eligibility for assistance under AS 47.45.301 - 47.45.309 and 7 AAC 47.547 - 7 AAC 47.599. A report of change must be made within 10 days after the event occurs, and may be made by a responsible person acting on behalf of the individual.
(b) Changes that must be reported under (a) of this section include
- (1) a change in mailing or residence address;
- (2) the death of an individual receiving assistance;
- (3) an admission to or discharge from an institution or a facility specified in 7 AAC 47.553(a);
- (4) an absence from this state for 30 consecutive days or more; and
- (5) a change in income that would affect the amount of the cash benefit under AS 47.45.302.
