- (a) Upon receiving information as set out under 7 AAC 47.420 that indicates a change in an individual's situation that could affect the individual's eligibility or the amount of the individual's assistance under 7 AAC 47.300 - 7 AAC 47.535, the department will investigate the circumstances and determine whether to adjust, suspend, or terminate the individual's assistance.
- (b) An individual who receives assistance under 7 AAC 47.300 -7 AAC 47.535, or a responsible person acting on the individual's behalf, must complete an annual review application. The department may continue, adjust, suspend, or terminate the individual's assistance based on the individual's review application.
- (c) Upon taking action under either (a) or (b) of this section, the department will provide notice as required by 7 AAC 49.060.
