An individual who receives financial assistance under 7 AAC 47.300 - 7 AAC 47.535 must report any change in the individual's circumstances that could affect the individual's eligibility or the amount of the individual's assistance under this chapter to the department not later than 10 working days after the individual's circumstances change. A report of change under this section may be made by a responsible person acting on behalf of the individual.
