Providers under the General Relief Medical program are bound by the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of 7 AAC 105 - 7 AAC 160. If the provisions of this chapter conflict with the provision of 7 AAC 105 - 7 AAC 160, the provisions of this chapter will take precedence over the provisions of 7 AAC 105 - 7 AAC 160 when the service is being provided under the General Relief Medical program.
