Alaska Admin. Code tit. 7, § 41.450 – Department debarment of ineligible individuals

(a) The department will debar from program participation a family found to be ineligible under this chapter because of
1. (1) a penalty described in 7 AAC 41.425(c) for an intentional program violation;
2. (2) failing to comply with a repayment plan developed under 7 AAC 41.420; or
3. (3) failing to cooperate with the development of a repayment plan.
(b) A family including a debarred individual may not participate in the child care assistance program.
