Income and resources of sponsors of aliens

In determining the income and resource eligibility of a sponsored alien, the division will treat the income of the alien's sponsor as specified in 20 C.F.R. 416.1166a and the resources of the alien's sponsor as specified in 20 C.F.R. 416.1204.
