Alaska Admin. Code tit. 7, § 38.100 – Termination and appeal

(a) Eligibility for general relief assistance under this chapter terminates as set out in 7 AAC 38.050 or upon failure to otherwise meet the requirements of this chapter.
(b) A denial or termination of assistance under this chapter is subject to appeal as set out in 7 AAC 49.
