In 7 AAC 27.510 - 7 AAC 27.590

1. (1) "department" means the Department of Health;
2. (2) "designated laboratory" means a laboratory designated by the department to perform screening of blood specimens for congenital disorders;

3. (3) "health care provider" means any of the following providers licensed under AS 08:

   1. (A) a physician;
   2. (B) an advanced practice registered nurse, including a certified nurse midwife;
   3. (C) a certified direct-entry midwife.
