A mammography installation must meet the requirements of the Mammography Quality Standards Act, as amended by the Mammography Quality Standards Reauthorization Act of 1998, and the regulations promulgated under the Mammography Quality Standards Act at 21 C.F.R. 900.12, as amended as of July 14, 2000, and adopted by reference.
