A registrant of an ionizing radiation source or radioactive material shall keep records of
- (1) the receipt, transfer, or disposal of each ionizing radiation source for at least three years following the event; and
- (2) exposure incidents or excessive concentrations of ionizing radiation for at least three years from the date of occurrence.
