(a) A center shall

1. (1) operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week; and

2. (2) provide

   1. (A) individual crisis assessment;
   2. (B) psychiatric evaluation services;
   3. (C) nursing services;
   4. (D) therapeutic interventions to decrease and stabilize a presenting crisis;
   5. (E) identification of a crisis's contributing factors;
   6. (F) withdrawal symptom stabilization, if applicable;
   7. (G) 24-hour observation;
   8. (H) advocacy, networking, and support to provide linkage and referral to appropriate community-based services; and
   9. (I) medication services, including prescription, administration, and management.
